At the same time, the slurry also flows into the pressure feed tank. After the tank is filled, pressure is directly applied to the feed. The slurry from the tank is injected into the filter press. This method is feasible, but the pressure vessel must have a reasonable volume. After the entire tank slurry is injected into the filter press, the pressure filtration process is completed without the need for a second tank material. The disadvantage is that when the feed concentration of the slurry is not stable, it is not easy to grasp the volume of the pressure feed tank, and in this way, the air consumption is too large, and the wind enters the pressure in the initial stage of the feed tank due to the large pressure difference. , It will produce sharp noise, the effect is not very satisfactory.
(3) Adopt the combination of pump pressure and air pressure to enter the material, that is, at the beginning of the filtration process, use a low-pressure and large-flow slurry pump to extract ore pulp, transfer the pressure into the material tank into the filter press and dehydrate, until the pressure reaches about 0.4 MPa. , and then switch to air pressure into the material.
