Over the years, in addition to more than 40 companies that have passed ISO/TS16949:2002's automotive parts supplier quality management system certification, and obtained a limited number of foreign brands of automotive standard parts, most of the companies are still unable to scale. Some auto parts production areas can only rely on 'OEM' production. The reason is that the production of automobile standard parts has the irreplaceability of core technology, production capacity, and product quality. The automobile standard parts are technology-intensive, high value-added goods, and some industrial platforms still do not reach this height.

Today, the advantages of the standard parts industry 'speed-for-market' and 'cost-for-capital-for-capital' have weakened. In the past development process, they have mainly cost advantages and lack of core competitiveness, and they are low-cost and low-tech. The expansion model of expansion; only the ability to create price differences, but lack the ability to create product differences. This situation determines the manufacturing attributes of the standard parts industry, rather than creating properties. The scientific research work in the field of standard parts technology has not only failed to achieve corresponding development over the years, but has been constantly 'marginalized'. The original scientific research results of the entire industry have been seriously lacking, and quite a number of standard parts companies have eliminated the tensile test and hardness test of products. In addition, there are no essential measures such as metallographic examination and impact performance test. The inspectors in the company have not received the 'Quality Inspector' qualification certificate approved by the relevant national or provincial authorities, and thus are associated with materials, heat treatment or machining. The problem of product quality is often caused by economic disputes that have become unclear. Economic disputes have become a common phenomenon at present. Many companies often do not know how to prevent bolts and nuts from failing to meet the standard due to the 'mixing of materials' in the steel market.
