First, the cause of the pump vibration

1, install spring vibration isolator:

b. Spring selection:

The springs used by general shock absorber manufacturers must meet the following requirements: The spring diameter should not be less than 0.8 times the height under rated load; the spring must have a certain extra stroke; the vortex flowmeter should be at least equal to 50% of the rated static deflection; The horizontal stiffness is at least 100% of the straightness to ensure the stability of the shock absorber.

c. Selection of spring damper deflection;

Normally, the spring damper's rated deflection (the spring's rated compression) is generally 25mm (from the frequency value of about 3-4HZ). This deflection can be applied to the vibration isolation of the pump at 650 rpm. When the rotation speed is lower than 650, a spring isolator with a deflection below 40 is recommended.

2. Install rubber isolator:

The choice of rubber isolators: The material is generally neoprene (CR), natural rubber (NR); generally used compression rubber shock absorbers, for lighter weight pumps, can use shear rubber shock absorbers;

Compared with spring shock absorbers, rubber shock absorbers have relatively different vibration isolation performance.

3, install the base dock:

In order to meet more stringent vibration standards, the use of spring isolators is undoubtedly the best choice when retrofitting the base.

The specification of the inert base: the weight of the base is about 1-2 times more than the weight of the water pump; the frame is made of slot iron, and its height is not less than 1/12 of the length, but not less than 150MM, not more than 300MM; long The wide size should cover the entire pump and 10-15 cents on each side. It is also advisable to cover the area of ​​Bay Head; pour the cement and place a layer of reinforcement mesh at one third of the height; add a spring isolator to separate the base from the foundation to 3-5 cm.

Third, the water pump vibration control effect:

Based on the condition of the pump equipment, the above-mentioned method can achieve a vibration isolation effect of 85-99% or more, which fundamentally solves the problem that the vibration of the water pump brings people's lives and industrial production.

Tongue And Groove Face Flanges

Tongue-and-groove facings are standardized in both large and small types.
