At the production site, the heads of quality, technology, and international cooperation of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Corporation heard truck shares "APQP Advanced Quality Planning", "ISO16949 Quality Control Benchmarking", and systems such as procurement and logistics to implement and promote " "HOWO-T7H" report on the progress of the work of the outsourcing support assembly and component quality audits.
Experts from both sides emphasized that the production and prior quality planning of HOWO-T7H undertaken by Sinotruk Truck Co., Ltd. has a high starting point and strict requirements. Compared with the existing technical equipment and quality control system of truck shares, many aspects and many details All of them are urgently needed to improve rapidly and significantly. In particular, the quality level of the "Suideka-T7H" product has established a brand-new quality benchmark for the vehicle performance and physical quality of China's high-end heavy truck products.
The relevant departments and systems related to the quality, technology, procurement, logistics, and marketing of CNHTC Group and trucks will strictly follow the schedule and standard requirements of the special work plan formulated by the Group and complete the “HOWO- T7H" production preparation work.
At present, Trucks has started the process validation of T7H production line, personnel training reserve, first procedure approval, and actual process analysis of manufacturing process in accordance with the unified deployment of CNHTC Group. The relevant software and hardware matching work before T7H product trial production is in tension. Orderly development and implementation are implemented one after another.
