About 40% of the company's foreign customers receive orders.

The reporter of the Shanghai Securities Daily told the company that the orders mainly include various types of tire molds and vulcanizers, among which the export orders for tire molds are mainly based. In view of the near-term disclosure period of the semi-annual report, the company frankly revealed that more inconvenience will be disclosed in detail in the semi-annual report.

In fact, the order wave of Halma Technology has shown signs since the fourth quarter of last year. The company's 2012 annual report showed that the amount of inventory at the end of the year increased by 74.06 million yuan over the beginning of the year, an increase of 60.31%, mainly due to the increase in new orders received by the company in the fourth quarter and the increase in stocks held to fulfill orders. At the same time, affected by the increase in new sales orders in the fourth quarter, the amount of advances received by the company at the end of the year increased by RMB 17.13 million from the beginning of the year, an increase of 116.50%. Earlier this year, at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Interactive, Halma Technology also confirmed this.

In this regard, some analysts believe that the tire industry gradually out of the downturn, will bring new development opportunities for the tire mold industry. With the gradual increase in production and investment volume of two fund-raising projects, a new wave of orders from Halma Technology is brewing. The significant increase in orders is still the focus of the company's performance. According to the company's quarterly report this year, it is expected that net profit in the first half of the year will increase by 20% to 50% year-on-year, from 128 million to 160 million yuan, which is expected to be a steady increase in sales of major products and profit growth driven by the release of investment projects. As of the end of March 2013, the company's advance receipts amounted to 55.05 million yuan, an increase of 72.92% compared to the end of the previous year. The company said that it was mainly due to the increase in orders of some customers and the increase in contract receipts in advance.

It is worth noting that in 2013, Halma Technology will vigorously explore the international market and continue to significantly increase the proportion of its export products. This year, the proportion of foreign customers is expected to reach 62%. The company's overseas revenue accounted for 36.71% of the total revenue in 2012, and it is expected that the proportion will continue to increase this year. The company told reporters yesterday that the volume growth of orders was within the company's expected range, and the current growth rate for the first half of the year remained at the interval of 20% to 50%. In the second half of the year, as the "Precision Radial Tire Mould Project" reaches volume production, the high growth of orders will have a positive impact on the company's annual results.
