In the new process, the raw slurry with about 56% water content is sucked and filtered through a vacuum suction filter, and the cake becomes a cake containing about 38% of water content. After being dried and broken, the raw material powder with a moisture content of 1% or less is calcined in the kiln. Clinker heat consumption is reduced to around 1050 kcal/kg. The kiln exhaust gas is discharged through an electric dust collector and meets the requirements of the national standards, enabling the Taurus Company to achieve a leap from the "wet process" to the "wet mill dry" process. It is estimated that after the technical renovation, the annual comprehensive energy saving of the device is approximately 13,600 tons of standard coal, which provides a demonstration for enterprises that use calcium carbide slag to produce clinker.
It is understood that in 2007, the wet process kiln was listed as an outdated process for the elimination of national industrial policies, and the Jinniu Cement project was also included in the list of elimination. The company adopted the “wet-grinding and dry-burning†technical improvement plan proposed by the Xinjiang Building Materials Design and Research Institute, and improved one of the kiln, adding a vacuum suction filter, a drying crusher, and electric dust collection and other host equipment at the kiln end. After the transformation, a kiln can reach the production capacity of the original two kiln and completely solve the problem of high energy consumption and high pollution of the original production device.
