(1) Coarse grain inlay: particle size 20~2mm, visible to the naked eye. Generally, heavy media, jigging and dry magnetic separation can be used for sorting.
(2) Medium-particle inlay: particle size 2~0.2mm, observed and measured with naked eyes under a magnifying glass. Generally, shaker, magnetic separation, electric selection, heavy medium and surface flotation can be used for sorting.
(3) Fine-grained inlay: particle size size 0.2~0.02mm, identified under a magnifying glass or microscope, and measured under a microscope. Generally, it can be selected by shaker, chute, flotation, wet magnetic separation, electric selection, etc., and can be treated by chemical beneficiation in complicated time.
(4) Microparticle inlay: particle size 20~2um, observed under the microscope. Generally, it can be treated by flotation, water smelting and the like.
(5) Sub-microscopic (sub-microscopic) inlay: particle size 2~0.2um, observed by special methods. It is generally treated by water smelting and the like.
(6) Colloidal dispersion: The particle size is less than 0.2 um and is observed by a special method. Generally use the hydrometallurgical, pyrometallurgical and other metallurgical processes.
