Problems when repairing CNC equipment

I have encountered some strange problems when repairing CNC equipment in China Yituo Group Co., Ltd., such as sudden machine stop, sudden loss of parameters and machining procedures, sudden increase or decrease in part processing size, and some faults. After replacing the circuit board, the problem could not be solved. After the test machine on the second day, the machine tool returned to normal. In addition to the problems of man-made and board contact, one of the most important problems is the electromagnetic interference problem. Here, 2 faults are selected for peer reference. Example 1. In the early 1990s, our company introduced 4 large-scale machining centers from MANDELLI, Italy, using the PLASMA CNC system. After installation, it was running normally. However, after 4 years of operation, the machine sometimes suddenly crashes: the axes of the machine cannot be returned to zero, the manual can not be converted automatically, and the MDI does not respond.

After clearing the program, re-enter the parameters and start the test machine. Such failures occurred from time to time, which seriously affected the production and operation activities of our company. For this reason, the CMOS storage board, CPU board, interface board, power supply, etc. have been replaced, and no effect has been achieved. According to analysis, the main reason for this problem is the loss of machine parameters. The loss of parameters requires certain conditions: first, the power supply must be normal; second, the write end of the memory must be low; third, there is a data signal on the data line. Based on this, the author uses a dual-track memory oscilloscope to trace the waveform of the CMOS memory board's power supply and memory write end, and record the fault of the machine tool in real time.
