Smart electromagnetic flowmeter manufacturer calibration steps:

1 Select the appropriate pump according to the pipe diameter and flow rate for the test.

2 If the system uses compressed air power, open the air compressor to achieve the system required air pressure, in order to ensure the rapid switching of the commutator and the normal operation of the clamp;

3 After the flow meter is properly installed on the line, it should be energized and preheated for about 30 minutes in accordance with the requirements of the verification procedures;

4 If using a high-level tank water source, check the overflow signal of the regulated water tower. Before the formal test, the test medium should be circulated in the pipe system for a certain period of time according to the requirements of the verification procedures. At the same time, check whether there are any leakages in the sealed parts of the pipeline.

5 Before starting the formal verification, the inspection medium should be filled with the sensor of the detected flowmeter, and then the downstream valve should be shut down for zero adjustment;

6 At the beginning of the inspection, the valve at the front of the pipeline shall be opened first, and the valve behind the flowmeter to be inspected shall be opened slowly to regulate the flow at the verification point.

7 In the calibration process, the flow stability at each flow point should be within 1% to 2% - the flow method, and the total law can be within 5%. The temperature change of the test medium shall not exceed 1°C when completing the verification process of a flow point, and it shall not exceed 5°C when completing all the verification processes. The pressure downstream of the flow meter to be inspected should be high enough to ensure that no flashing or cavitation occurs in the flow line (especially in the reduced diameter);

8 After each test is completed, the valve at the front end of the test line should be closed first, and then the pump should be stopped to avoid emptying the voltage regulation facility. At the same time, the remaining test medium in the test pipeline must be vented, and the control system and the air compressor must be closed.
