We will improve the relevant policies for distribution vehicles entering urban areas, establish a sound coordination mechanism for urban distribution and vehicle management, and strive to solve the “last mile” problem in logistics and transportation. Strengthen the integration and utilization of logistics information resources, speed up the construction of the national transportation and logistics public information platform, and promote the interconnection and information sharing among various platforms.

The "Opinions" clarified that scientifically positioning taxi service, improving the mechanism for carrying capacity, scientifically adjusting the total amount of taxis, and advancing the right to operate taxis by means of service quality bidding. Improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism of taxi prices to form a reasonable price-to-price relationship with public transport. Strengthen the standardized management of new service models such as mobile phone calls and encourage the development of diversified car services.
