At the end of November, the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Supporting the Entrepreneurship and Innovation of Rural Residents to Promote the Integration and Development of Rural One, Two, and Three Industries". In this regard, Zong Jinyao, director of the Agricultural Products Processing Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, said that supporting entrepreneurial innovation in returning to rural areas is conducive to promoting the integration of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and injecting new kinetic energy and vitality into the agricultural and rural economy.

Zong Jinyao said that the "Opinions" provided eight policy packages for rural returnees to rural entrepreneurship innovation, which will promote the two-way flow of urban and rural resource elements, attract more resource elements for rural areas, and form multi-subject cultivation.
