According to reports, at present, over-limit transportation vehicles in parts of Guizhou are increasing.

Faced with this situation, in 2017, the Guizhou Provincial Highway Bureau decided to treat the ultra-close and far-reaching targets.

Near-term goal: Before the end of March, the over-limit transportation vehicles with a total weight of 49 tons or more are fully on the road.

Long-term goal: Under the condition that the coal transportation policy does not change, the vehicle with a valid coal transportation permit will not be charged, punished, or impermissible under a gross cargo weight of 49 tons or less. It strictly follows other freight vehicles. The Regulations on the Management of Roads for Overrun Vehicles was implemented to fully implement the new over-limit overloading certification standards.
