When the engine speed was not normal, the cylinder was turned off. One of the cylinders was not working. The high pressure fuel line was removed and the air in the nozzle was discharged. After the cylinder was broken, the engine did not stall. Instead, the speed increased until it operated normally. Therefore, the air in the oil pump was determined because the fuel injector stuck and the air in the cylinder was reversed by the fuel injector. The air filled the oil pump chamber, so that the engine could not be supplied with oil and the engine was turned off. The injector was removed and replaced. After the new nozzle is installed, the vehicle is started and everything is normal.

Put the oil pump back on the test bench and remove the speed control spring to directly test the idling oil supply. As a result, it was found that there was still no way to cut off the oil at idle speed.
The problem is very clear, that is, there is a problem with the speed cradle assembly. So change the new speed cradle assembly. According to the technical specifications of the commissioning pump, idling fuel cut sensitive, all technical parameters have reached the required requirements.
