The trajectory of the material on the screen is a longitudinal linear reciprocating movement from the plane circular motion of the feeding end to the plane end of the discharge end. The material gradually moves toward the discharge end with the movement of the sieve, and is sieved and divided during the movement. Floor. There is a rubber ball in the screen box, which jumps due to the movement of the screen box and hits the screen to reduce the blockage of the screen. A suction roller is mounted on the discharge end of the sieve.
C Inertia Screen The main feature of the inertial screen is the installation of a screen under the screen. The motor drives the counterweight to rotate in a plane to drive the screen surface to rotate in a plane. Movement track: when the counterweight rotation center coincides with the center of gravity of the sieve, it is flat and round; when the counterweight rotation center does not coincide with the center of gravity of the sieve, it is a plane ellipse. In addition, since the screen box is suspended above the frame by four steel cables, the movement of the screen is a free vibration system, and its amplitude is related to the weight of the weight, the eccentricity and the weight of the sieve (including the feed on the screen), and The feedstock is reduced by an increase and eventually can tend to zero. Therefore it can achieve a power balance. Its weight is lighter than the flat spiral return screen, and its power consumption is smaller than that of the flat spiral return screen. The construction of such a sieve is complicated and difficult to maintain.
(2) Cotton-reducing equipment The cotton-reducing equipment is a cotton-reducing cylinder. Its structure is similar to that of a cyclone dust collector. The only difference is that the bottom discharge opening adopts the blade rotary sealing and unloading equipment to facilitate continuous discharge during the production process. .
