Without technical references, they turned to read foreign materials, and they were little by little; R&D time was insufficient to work overtime at the expense of rest time. After more than 60 days and nights of exploration, it has conquered the design and layout of the large-tonnage chassis tensioner, the structural design of the “H†frame, the layout optimization of the large-tonnage chassis, and the optimization of the layout of the large-tonnage chassis. The design finally succeeded, making the XR460D the largest tonnage self-made chassis rotary drilling rig in Asia at the time.
