In a system, there is only one soil moisture data receiver, which receives information sent by different collectors in a cyclic manner, and transmits soil moisture information to a soil moisture remote monitoring computer through an RS232 serial communication protocol. The supervised computer uses SuperGIS as the secondary development platform for software development. It analyzes and statistics all the soil moisture information, and then monitors the soil moisture content in the area.
