The main transmission mechanism of each station beam is linked together by a high-speed gear shaft, a soft coupling coupling and a clutch, and the transmission is synchronized. The workpiece transfer system can also be driven by a servo motor. In addition to this, a universal transition tool bracket is provided between the press stations.
The bracket repositions the previous station workpiece to the next position in the best position; uses five programmable axes to move the workpiece in any desired direction, including separate pieces.

It can be seen from the above that the crossbar press has superior performance and higher productivity than the three-coordinate press (two products can be processed per stroke), and is suitable for the stamping processing of large covers of cars.
