Common faults of wing brakes and their solutions:

1. After the power is turned on, the blocking arm turns back and forth or after the brake is opened, the position is not limited

1) Test Hall Switch:

A. Check whether the Hall switch with zero position and open position is powered;

B. Enter the debugging menu P00, push the positioning cam and baffle to bring the magnet close to the zero-position Hall switch and the in-position Hall switch. Hall switch is damaged;

2) Check whether the connection between the Hall switch and the motherboard is reliable;

3) If the Hall switch and wiring are normal, the motherboard is damaged.

2. The brake does not work after giving a valid opening signal

1) The motherboard indicator light is normal. When a valid opening signal is given, the L7 or L8 indicator blinks intermittently, the direction indicator plate will turn into a green arrow (there are signals in 2 different directions), and the brake has no action: Detection method: Check the output voltage of PC and PD (AC18V) at the PX terminal of the main board of the wing gate, and check whether the vertical (5A) fuse is blown; if normal, check whether there is voltage output (DC24V) at both ends of the MA and MB of the DX terminal of the main board If there is an output, check whether the motor wiring is desoldered; whether the motor is damaged;

2) The main board indicators are off, and the LED display is not displayed: Detection method: Detect the voltage output of the PA and PB (AC12V) at the PX terminals of the main board of the wing gate; check whether the lateral (3A) fuse is blown. If all the above are normal, judge the motherboard is damaged;

3.The gate is not reset after the gate is opened or reset immediately after it is in place

The gate does not reset immediately after passing by the pedestrian. After a delay, the gate is locked or reset as soon as it is in place: Detection method: First detect infrared radiation and whether it is connected; The L2 or L4 indicator will turn on, otherwise the motherboard will be damaged; check whether the motherboard parameter setting P08 is set to with memory;

4.The brake does not work after power failure

1) Check the voltage of the battery (not lower than DC9V);

2) Check if the wiring is loose or unsoldered, and check the voltage output (DC12V) of the terminals MA and MB of the charging board, otherwise the charging board is damaged.

5. Unrestricted rear baffle when power is off and non-stop motion after power on

1) Detect the voltage of dry battery (not lower than DC9V);

2) Check whether the wiring is loose or unsoldered, and check the voltage output (12V DC) of the terminals MA and MB of the CON1 terminal of the charging board, otherwise the charging board is damaged;

3) Detect the zero and on-position Hall switches and the motherboard respectively.
