1. Calibration balance preparation:

Place the balance on a level table and ensure that there is no wind. There is no magnetic material nearby. Adjust the level of the balance and take off all the measured objects on the weighing pan. The balance is set to the default value of the power on. Tap the <Tare> key and the balance is displayed as 0.0000g.

2. Calibration:

Press the <Calibration> key (some balances are CAL key). When the “CAL-200” flashing code is displayed on the screen, it means that you need to use the 200g standard weight to calibrate. At this point, use a tweezers or a clean piece of paper to take the 200g standard weight and put it on. The display will show the waiting state “Pleasewait” and the CAL-200 will stop flashing. After a few seconds, the display will show “200.0000g”. "Pleasewait" is extinguished. Then take the calibration weight, the display should appear 0.0000g, complete a calibration. If the display is not zero, then clear it again, and then repeat the above calibration operation (in order to get accurate calibration results, it is best to Repeat the calibration above).

3. Differences and advantages of internal calibration and external calibration:

External calibration work is performed before the balance works to ensure the accuracy of the electronic balance before weighing. If the environment changes during the weighing process, the electronic balance can not be fed back to the operator in time, which may lead to inaccurate weighing.

Internal calibration techniques can effectively avoid the errors caused by these unstable factors.
