The cone crusher thin oil station consists of a fuel tank, an oil pump device, a double-tube mesh filter and a magnetic filter device, a plate oil cooler, and an electrical instrument control device, a pipe, a valve, and the like.

When the cone crusher is working at the thin oil station, the oil of the cone crusher is sucked out from the fuel tank by the gear oil pump, and is directly sent to the lubrication point of the equipment through the check valve, the double-tube type oil filter and the plate oil cooler. The maximum working pressure of the petrol station is 0.4Mpa and the minimum working pressure is 0.1Mpa. The service pressure is determined by adjusting the safety valve according to the requirements of the lubrication point. When the working pressure of the oil station exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve will automatically open and the excess oil will flow back to the tank.

The oil filter has a compact structure, simple connection, no bypass, and convenient replacement.

When the oil temperature drops to the lowest point, the heater is turned on manually, and when the oil temperature rises to the highest point, the heater automatically stops.
