The service pressure is determined by adjusting the safety valve according to the requirements of the lubrication point. When the working pressure of the oil station exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve will automatically open and the excess oil will flow back to the tank.

During the working of the cone crusher oil station, when the system pressure is lower than the set value of the pressure controller, the standby oil pump automatically starts to work, thus ensuring the lubrication demand of the cone crusher.

The ability of the cone crusher oil station to pass through the oil filter is related to its viscosity. When the temperature of the oil is high, the viscosity is low, the passing ability is good, and the filtration effect is also good. Therefore, it is quite advantageous to filter and then cool.
(3) Adopting a double-barrel type oil filter
The double-barrel type oil filter has two sets of filter elements. A set of filter cartridges is working, and a set of filter cartridges is used. When the oil pressure difference of the cone crusher exceeds 0.05 MPa, the switching valve is manually opened to make the spare filter element work, and the original working filter element can be taken out for cleaning and replacement without stopping the machine. The oil filter has a compact structure, simple connection, no bypass, and convenient replacement.

When the oil temperature drops to the lowest point, the heater is turned on manually, and when the oil temperature rises to the highest point, the heater automatically stops.
