The European Parliament’s Environmental Committee has called for the goal of halving the use of pesticides within the next 10 years and prohibiting aircraft from spraying pesticides. The European Parliament discussed that the legislative restrictions were on pesticides used in agriculture and forestry, and did not include those biocides used to kill lice and mice.
