Japan recovered from the copper smelter Miyako Bismuth converter dust, dust component (%): Bi 2 ~ 6 , Pb 30 ~ 40, Cu 1 ~ 4, Zn 7 ~ 14, Cd 0.7 ~ 1.3. The process flow is shown in Figure 1.

Feature of this process is to output the smelting reduction Pb-Bi alloy electrolysis performed twice, the first electrical output lead electrowinning of lead, bismuth second electrical output electrolytic bismuth, and purified to separate lead, bismuth.
