Futian Zhucheng and Changsha plant demand exceeded market expectations
Wanliyang heavy truck transmission products have entered the Foton Ruiwo heavy-duty truck product line. The total production capacity of heavy-duty trucks in Foton Zhucheng and Changsha plant is around 70,000 units. In 2010, the total sales volume was about 50,000 vehicles. It is estimated that this will be 50,000 to 70,000 heavy trucks. Transmission orders will gradually be handed over to Wanliyang in the future. It is estimated that the demand for the 10,000-ton Yangzhong heavy-duty truck transmission in 2011 will be around 20,000. In the case of considering only the Futian Zhucheng and Changsha factories, the future orders of Wanliyang still have a lot of room for growth.
Auman's economical heavy truck is expected to become another breakthrough for the company's heavy truck transmission
Currently Auman's exclusive supplier is Fast. Due to the demand for competition, Auman will launch an economical heavy truck in 2011. The potential number is expected to be around 3 to 50,000 units. As the price of Wanliyang transmission is lower than that of Fast, it is optimistic that Wanliyang will get the support of Auman's economical heavy truck, which is likely to become an important catalyst for the stock price of the company.
Heavy truck transmission accelerates the promotion process to other manufacturers
At present, the company's heavy-duty truck transmissions have progressed smoothly to Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile and FAW Qingdao Liberation and other companies, and it has already started to supply small batches. Once Wan Liyang’s products are recognized by some of the heavy truck companies, it is expected that the promotion process to other vendors will be greatly accelerated.
