It is understood that the ship was designed by the Ship and Ocean Engineering Design Institute of Shanghai Jiaotong University and is being built by the shipyard of Jiangsu Haihong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and the ship will be operated in the South China Sea and Middle East waters after delivery.
