It slowly left the factory in the sound of firecrackers and went to Colombia to start a new journey. . The successful modification of the ship has created a number of “bright spots†for the ship repairing production of the plant, filling the gap in the domestic modification of large self-unloading ships.
The predecessor of the Agassi, the Nali, is a single-hulled tanker with a ship age of more than 20 years. Due to the high environmental pollution caused by single-hull tankers, the International Maritime Organization has issued a ban. From April 5, 2005, it has gradually banned the use of single-hull tankers to transport heavy oil such as crude oil, fuel oil, heavy diesel oil or lubricating oil. For a time, where the "Nali" went, it became a shadow of the shipowner's heart. Two years ago, CSL had a self-unloading ship named "Oriental" successfully refitted at Chengxi Shipyard. Although the ship's project is not large, Chengxi Shipyard's rich experience and exquisite craftsmanship in ship modification have left a deep impression on the shipowner. The "Nali" was refitted, and the ship owner remembered the pleasant cooperation experience and took the initiative to extend the "Olive Branch" to the factory. In order to successfully complete the "Agassi" modification project, Chengxi Shipyard paid a lot of effort and sweat.
