Heat pump - energy efficient device

Simply put, those who can send low-temperature heat at high temperatures become available for living, production needs of the device, collectively referred to as heat pump.

We all know that water will automatically flow from high to low; the heat can also be automatically transmitted from high temperatures to low temperatures. However, usually to lower the water sent to a height, usually with a mechanical pump to do such a job, people put the water pump mechanical pump called. Second, the heat pump system for evaporation and concentration:

In the nuclear industry system, a large number of low-radioactive waste water, which is characterized by large amount of waste water, low salt content, the most suitable heat pump evaporation method.

Conventional evaporation of this type of wastewater is shown in Figure 1. During the evaporation process, the boiler room continuously provides the steam (primary steam) to the evaporator to evaporate the radioactive waste water entering the evaporator, which inevitably consumes a large amount of fuel. However, the steam evaporated by the evaporator (secondary steam) has to be drained off after condensing it into water with a large amount of cooling water. A lot of cooling water to the secondary steam latent heat to the cooling tower to the atmosphere, a lot of heat wasted. Not only waste heat, but also consume a lot of cooling water. If the use of heat pump steam treatment of radioactive waste, as shown in Figure 2. In the process of heat pump evaporation, the secondary steam is recovered by the compressor, and then it is returned to the heating chamber of the evaporator instead of the primary steam of the boiler room after being raised in temperature and pressure. That is, with secondary steam booster heating evaporation and then go to the waste water, as the secondary steam to the heat transfer to the waste water to evaporate, so the secondary evaporation itself is evaporated while condensing water, that is, the final purified water. The wastewater is continuously evaporated in the evaporator to be concentrated, and the concentrated radioactive waste liquid is collected from the bottom of the evaporator and treated separately. If the heat pump evaporation system be cleverly designed, you can save the boiler room, cooling water system in the conventional evaporation method, which is economically significant. So heat pump is an energy efficient device.

Third, the heat pump device uses a wide range

Where the use of steam purification, concentration, drying, separation, purification and other operating units in the heat pump device can play its advantages, chemical, food, light industry, medicine, textile, petroleum, environmental protection and other industries can be used, Plant corn soaking liquid concentration, heat pump can be 4% solids immersion liquid concentrated to 46% or more, the heat pump evaporation method compared with ordinary single-effect evaporator can save about 80%, the concentration factor up to 12 times.
