As of 2006, the company's products have achieved 100% localization, forming two brands, 40 basic models, more than 400 varieties, and the production and sales volume has exceeded 10,000. In recent years, Inner Mongolia has introduced foreign heavy-duty mining vehicles and heavy-duty truck technologies and equipment, and has also strengthened independent research and development to form a heavy-duty vehicle base headed by Baotou Northern Mercedes-Benz Heavy Vehicle Company and Inner Mongolia Northern Heavy Vehicle Company. At present, the heavy-duty vehicles produced here are not only equipped with numerous construction projects across the country, but are also exported to more than 20 countries and regions.
