On December 26, 2007, Sinopec's first factory, which helped farmers build Puguang Gasfield, was formally put into production, and more than 100 Puguang farmers were the first to complete the transition from farmers to workers.
The Zhongyuan Oilfield carried out purification plant construction in the Puguang Gas Field and requisitioned part of the land of the local farmers. In order to ensure the long-term livelihood of the land-lost farmers, Sinopec, on the basis of full investigation and demonstration, decided to use the existing local resources to invest in the construction of brick and stone plants and weaving. The three factory sites of the bag factory were specifically used to resettle farmers who lost their land.
In June 2007, the brick factory was put into construction and completed at the end of 2007. After the completion of the brick factory has a production capacity of 60,000 bricks per day. In order to lead the peasants to the well-to-do on the road to work for agriculture, the Puguang Town Party Committee government has openly recruited managers and managers for landless peasants. On this basis, it has also openly recruited operating workers. Workers earn about 1,500 yuan a month in brick factories. After half a month of trial operation, at present, the brick factory has produced 600,000 bricks in the first batch. It is reported that the other two factories supported by Sinopec, the stone factory, are stepping up construction and the woven bag factory will start construction in the near future.
